DESCRIPTION:Monday\, November 9 Miller Program – Steve Sullivan\, Photography as a Way of Life \n  \nThe November 2026 Miller Program at Fulton’s Windmill Area will take place on Monday\, November 9\, at 6:00 PM. The Volunteer Millers are sponsoring an evening of photography from professional photographer Steve Sullivan. The event will be held at the Windmill Cultural Center at 111 – 10th Avenue in downtown Fulton\, Illinois. \nSteve Sullivan is a commercial photographer and artist. He grew up in Rock Island\, Illinois\, and earned a degree in photography from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Steve has spent the last 3 decades traveling from coast to coast creating images for ad campaigns and catalogs. In addition to his professional work\, Steve also finds time to create personal art using the cyanotype process. His program at the Windmill Cultural Center will focus on both his commercial and private photography. \n  \nThe monthly Miller Programs are free and open to the public.
